Every LovesTruePassion item is printed after you order it. This keeps waste low and lets us offer more styles and colors.
Processing and shipping times
Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Once your order ships, most US deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Items in the same order may ship separately. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and you will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Returns and exchanges
Because each item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email lovestruepassion@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Lost packages and address errors
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
